Modero Construction exceeded our expectations. We replaced old wood siding with vinyl siding and the final result looks incredible. The installers were professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. They showed up on time every day and made sure everything was done right. We recently hired Modero construction to build a shed with fiber cement siding, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew was professional, on time, and paid attention to every detail. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding — the shed looks amazing and feels very solid and durable. They communicated clearly throughout the project, kept the job site clean, and finished on schedule. The fiber cement siding was installed perfectly and really gives the shed a high-end look. I have used Modero Construction on two separate jobs at my Cabin in Arnold, CA.  First, it’s hard to find a contractor and people who are just good people.  That is what Darweena and Maks are- hard working good people surrounded by skilled workman.  They are VERY responsive and transparent.  Modero is a highly skilled group of Carpenters and overall general contractor with extreme experience and eye for details.  I HIGHLY, recommend them for any window, siding, or overall remodel of your home.   Costs are vetted and timelines are met.  What else can I say? Modero Construction provided a very competitive bid for partial siding replacement and to install two new windows and a French door door on our home in November 2025. They delivered high-quality work at a very fair price. Their team was responsive, professional, and kept the job site clean throughout the project.  When unexpected dry rot was discovered behind our chimney, they handled the reframing and insulation the very next day. I would unhesitatingly recommend Moderno to anyone looking for siding or window work.
